Leona Arizona Management may collect personal information directly from you, for example through a web form, during the hiring and employee on-boarding process. Personal information collected directly from you in this way may include first and last name, address, email address, and phone number.
Inquiry and Tour Request Forms
The inquiry and tour request forms on this website are provided by our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), and are embedded on our pages from that platform. Information you enter is sent directly to our CRM, where we use it to respond to you, schedule tours, and follow up by email, phone, or text message where you have consented. Our CRM also records the page you submitted the form from and, where available, the Google click identifier described below.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including:
- Your IP address and browser type
- Pages you visit on our website
- Time and date of your visit
- The website or advertisement that referred you to our site
- Device information and operating system
If you arrive at our website by clicking a Google advertisement, Google attaches a click identifier (a "GCLID") to your visit. We store that identifier in your browser and, if you later submit a form, save it with your inquiry so we can measure which advertisements lead to tours and enrollments.

If you submit a form on our website and later schedule a tour or enroll, we may share the email address and/or phone number you provided with Google in a hashed (encoded) form. Google uses this to match your information against its own records so that we can (1) measure whether our advertising led to your tour or enrollment and (2) show our advertisements to audiences with similar characteristics. Google does not receive your contact information in readable form, does not use it for any other purpose, and deletes the matched data according to its own policies. You can opt out of personalized advertising using the links in the previous section.
Sharing Contact Information with Meta for Lead Ad Measurement and Audiences
If you contact us through a Facebook or Instagram lead form and later schedule a tour or enroll, we share that status with Meta, together with your contact information in hashed (encoded) form, so Meta can measure and improve the performance of our lead ads. We may also share a hashed list of enrolled families' contact information with Meta to reach audiences with similar characteristics. Meta does not receive your contact information in readable form. You can manage how Meta uses your information for advertising in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, or opt out of interest-based advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices.
Website Platform Analytics
Our website is built and hosted on Finalsite, which collects usage statistics (such as page views and visit counts) on our behalf so we can understand how the site is used. Finalsite processes this information as described in its privacy policy [link to Finalsite's privacy policy].
Embedded Videos and Maps
Some pages include videos hosted on YouTube and maps provided by Google Maps. When a page containing one of these embeds loads, YouTube or Google may set cookies and collect information about your visit, such as your IP address and the page you viewed, in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
Managing Cookies
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through your browser settings. You can choose to:
- Block all cookies

Spam Protection on Forms
Forms provided through our website platform are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (policies.google.com/terms).
Our staff directory contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors apart from automated abuse. Turnstile runs invisibly — there is nothing to click and no puzzle to solve — and it collects limited technical information about your browser and connection in order to make that determination. Cloudflare processes that information as described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Turnstile does not use this information to build advertising profiles.
Staff Directory Contact Form
Our staff directory lets you send a message to a staff member without displaying that person's email address. When you use it:
- Staff email addresses are never sent to your browser. The message is addressed on our server and used only to deliver your message.
- The contents of your message are not stored on our systems. The message exists only in the email delivered to the staff member and the confirmation email sent to you.
- We keep a delivery record consisting of your name and email address, the staff member you contacted, the subject line, the date and time, and whether the message was delivered. Your email address is kept so that the staff member can reply to you and so that we can limit how many messages a single sender can submit.
- Your IP address is not stored in readable form. It is hashed and used only to limit abuse of the form.
How We Use Your Information
We may use information collected about you for any lawful purpose, including the following:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide requested information
- Schedule and follow up on school tours and enrollment inquiries, including by email, phone, or text message where you have consented
- Improve our website and user experience

- Service providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate this website and our communications, including Finalsite (website platform and hosting), LeadConnector/GoHighLevel (CRM used to manage inquiries and follow-up), Google (analytics, advertising, embedded videos and maps), Meta (lead ad measurement, as described above), and Cloudflare (spam protection on the staff directory contact form). These vendors may process your information only to perform services on our behalf.
- Constant Contact: Leona Arizona Management uses Constant Contact to send email marketing and text message communications. - The Leona Group / Leona Arizona Management, LLC: Our school management organization, for administrative and educational purposes.

Email and Text Message Communications
If you wish to unsubscribe from our email campaigns, please click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email sent from us. If you opt out of our email marketing, we will still send you messages related to our transactions and relationship with you, such as order confirmations.
SMS Consent or phone numbers are not shared for the purpose of SMS with third parties or affiliates.

Student Records and FERPA
This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through our public website. Student education records are not collected through this website.
